Restaurant Operations Administrator
Jane Park is a Restaurant Operations Administrator with KROST. She has been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. Prior to that, Jane co-owned a successful small business. Coming from multiple generations of entrepreneurs, this was a natural move. After her brother graduated the Culinary Institute of America, Jane’s own passion for food and beverages grew, and she decided to make a career change. She started her restaurant career at one of the best restaurant groups in New Jersey. On a quest to learn as many aspects of the restaurant world as possible, Jane was the first employee in their 25+ year history to work every position in the front of the house. She also gained knowledge working in their office and catering department. Taking on a management role in one of New Jersey’s finest multiple operational units gave Jane the solid foundation in her restaurant knowledge and experience.
In 2011, Jane made the move cross country to LA to broaden her horizons and further her career. During her time in LA, she has managed and overseen beverage programs for multiple restaurants for three prominent LA celebrity chefs. At these restaurants, she was trained in their kitchens and gained a well-rounded knowledge of the restaurants.
She has experience in staff hiring and training, POS programming and implementation, multi-unit operational management, enterprise software, client systems training, social media, and beverage programming and management.
In her free time, Jane enjoys dining out, cooking, yoga, working out, traveling, listening to music, and reading.
